Technical features
• Super wear resistance:
◇The wear resistance is 9.6 times that of UHMWPE
◇The wear resistance is 7.5 times that of natural rubber
◇The wear resistance is 25 to 30 times that of ordinary carbon steel
• The polyurethane lining adopts the pouring process and is formed in one go, avoiding local defects caused by the overlapping of the lining.
• Excellent corrosion resistance.
• Excellent aging resistance.
• Excellent low temperature resistance.
• Excellent water/oil resistance, no "swelling" or "cold wall effect" in water-based, oil-based media.
• Low friction coefficient (the PU surface as smooth as a mirror), small pipeline running resistance, greatly reducing the energy consumption of material transportation, the inner wall does not scale, to prevent the occurrence of long-term running scaling clogging accidents.
