Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite pipe is a kind of composite pipe with steel pipe as the skeleton on the outside and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as the lining on the inside, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is an engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive properties, usually with a molecular weight of more than 1.5 million. It has the unparalleled characteristics of wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and other characteristics of other engineering plastics, and has the advantages of self-lubrication, non-scaling, excellent weather resistance, large shock absorption and impact absorption energy, small stress concentration, low water absorption rate, health and non-toxicity, etc., so it has been widely used in many fields.
Technical features
- Wear resistance: Its wear resistance is 7 times that of ordinary steel pipes and stainless steel pipes, 10 times that of polyvinyl chloride and high-density polyethylene, and 5 times that of nylon 66 pipes.
2、Strong impact resistance: its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon, 20 times that of polyvinyl chloride, and 8 times that of PTFE. Especially in the low temperature environment, its impact strength reaches the highest value.
3、Strong corrosion resistance: nano (modified) ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is a saturated molecular mass structure, high chemical stability, in a certain temperature and concentration range, can resist a variety of corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvent erosion, seamless contact, external tube is not attacked.
4、Not easy to age: Due to the small number of molecular weight unsaturated genes in nano (modified) ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and the addition of modified materials, it can still maintain more than 70% of the mechanical properties after about 60 years of use.
5、Wide temperature range: can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -250 ~ 110 °C.
6、Light weight, easy to install: composite pipe not only its own weight is relatively light, because of no scaling, small flow resistance, pipe diameter design than steel pipe reduction of about 15%, single pipe length of up to 6 meters, installation workload greatly reduced.

1、Mining, metallurgical industry: ore powder, slurry, tailings transmission pipeline.
2、Power industry: power plant ash slag transmission pipeline, anti-corrosion pipelines used in yin, yang and mixed beds in water transformation workshops, circulating cooling water pipelines.
