Steel-lined plastic composite pipes

Steel lined plastic composite pipe is a kind of composite pipe with steel pipe as the skeleton on the outside and plastic as the lining on the inside, and the inner lining plastic lining contains polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene and so on. Because such plastics have good corrosion resistance, they are widely used in chemical, smelting, municipal and other industries.

 

Steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, F4) composite pipe

Technical features

Adapt to medium temperature:-70℃~260℃

Adapt to work pressure:Positive pressure, determined according to design requirements, negative pressure, 0.1MPa at room temperature.

Corrosion resistance: steel lined PTFE composite pipe, in addition to molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine trifluoride at high temperature, liquid fluorine at high flow rate, it can resist almost all chemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua re annoic corrosion, it can work at a temperature of 230 ~ 250 ° C for a long time. Steel-lined polyvinylidene or fluorine composite pipes have good corrosion resistance to halogens, halogenated hydrocarbons, strong oxidants, boiling acids, alkalis, and a variety of organic solvents, but are not resistant to fuming sulfuric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, ketones, esters, amines and high-temperature sulfonators above 90 °C.

 

Fields of application

Suitable for high temperature strong corrosive gases and liquids, other types of steel-plastic composite pipe and metal pipe are not suitable for conveying media.

 

Steel-lined polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composite pipe

 

Technical features

Adaptable medium temperature: -25 °C ~ 75 °C (modified polyethylene working maximum temperature 95 °C)

Adapt to working pressure: positive pressure, determined according to design requirements; negative pressure, 0.1MPa at room temperature.

Corrosion resistance: resistant to acid, alkali, salt, gas, water corrosion. Only concentrated nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, acetic acid, ketones, ethers, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic amines, etc. have a corrosive effect on it. At 60 °C, it can withstand sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 75%, nitric acid below 50%, phosphoric acid below 90%, acetic acid below 20%, any concentration of hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, hydrocyanic acid, sulfurous acid, carbonic acid, silicic acid, hypochlorous acid, oleic acid, citric acid, various bases, most salts and N2, S (gas), Hg, NH3, CO, CO2, natural gas, gas and other gases.

 

Fields of application

It is suitable for the transportation of corrosive fluid media, especially for the transportation of natural gas, gas and other media, and also for water supply and drainage pipelines in the construction industry.

 

Steel-lined polypropylene (PP) composite pipe

 

Technical features

Adapt to medium temperature: -40 °C ~ 120 °C

Adapt to working pressure: positive pressure, determined according to design requirements; negative pressure, 0.1MPa at room temperature.

Corrosion resistance: In addition to concentrated nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid and other strong oxidizing acids, can resist most of the organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, salts, good corrosion resistance to corrosion, can withstand less than 10% nitric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, 36% or less hydrochloric acid, 20% less than hydrobromic acid, dilute hydrofluoric acid, various concentrations of carbonic acid, butyric acid, alkali and the vast majority of salts, mercury, air, NH3, CO2, CO, NO2, HCL and other gas corrosion.

 

Fields of application

Suitable for corrosive fluid media and industrial pure water, chemical pure water, ionized water, non-ionized water transportation, the service life is longer than stainless steel, can replace stainless steel pipe, than lining hose, fiberglass pipe life is longer.

 

Steel-lined polyethylene (PE, PO, HDPE) composite pipe

Technical features

Adaptable medium temperature: -40 °C ~ 85 °C (modified polyethylene working maximum temperature 105 °C)

Adapt to working pressure: positive pressure, determined according to design requirements; negative pressure, 0.1MPa at room temperature.

Corrosion resistance: Good corrosion resistance to non-oxidizing acids (such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid), dilute nitric acid, alkali and salt solutions, but not resistant to the corrosion of concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and other strong oxidants, and generally good corrosion resistance to organic solvents at room temperature.

 

Fields of application

Suitable for general corrosive fluid media transportation, more suitable for the transportation of domestic water and drinking hot and cold water, water transmission, does not affect the medium, composite food hygiene requirements, steel wear-resistant high-density polyethylene pipe can be widely used in solid slurry such as coal, mineral sand transportation.
