Zhongyu Hose Technology Product Technology Research Center belongs to Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Graduate Workstation, Jiangsu Polymer Composite Tube Engineering Technology Research Center, Taizhou Enterprise Technology Center, Taizhou Shuangchuang Talent Center, Southeast University Internship Base. There are more than 60 R&D personnel, 5 professional doctors (including 2 foreign), more than 100 professional and technical teams, and 56 patents. We always adhere to the design concept of independent innovation and independent manufacturing, and take "providing more perfect fluid transfer solutions for the world" as our mission. Through the establishment of the key breakthrough mechanism of the system, the construction of five major capabilities of design ability, analysis ability, test ability, verification ability and matching ability is fully implemented, and it has the independent research and development ability and industrialization ability of ultra-high voltage, ultra-long length, super caliber and special application composite pipe.

①Design capabilities：

Establish a product development system oriented by industrialization and systematic engineering as the standard. It covers eight stages, including product planning and definition, concept design, engineering design, design verification, product development, trial production, mass production, and technical support. Comprehensively improve the ability of new product development, so that the new product development cycle is greatly shortened.

 ②Analytical capabilities：

Through cooperation with international advanced material suppliers, consulting domestic advanced testing and scientific research institutions, establishing a domestic first-class analysis system, using engineering mechanics calculation software, Fluent fluid dynamics software, CDF and other simulation design and development software, product performance, material analysis and other structural and material fundamental analysis capabilities.
